Sadie Nardini is the founder of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga (tm)
With the release of her #1 bestselling yoga DVDs, iPhone YogaDial application, living from center/fitness books, and with the success of her increasingly popular Podcasts and You Tube videos, Sadie's yoga status is quickly evolving into international yoga celebrity.
She's a contemporary teacher who runs Wine and Yoga retreats, enjoys steak as much as tofu, and speaks to those who want to enjoy their time living in the world as well as walk a path of balance. From the coasts to middle America, Sadie is a straight-talking ambassador for whole body/mind fitness and transformation.
Sadie writes regular Core Strength yoga columns for the Huffington Post and GaiamLife, and has been featured in the New York Times, Glamour, Self, Yoga Journal, CNN and many more. Yoga Journal calls her a "rising star" for her ability to inspire transformation in anyone wishing to move to the next, best level of themselves.
Sadie teaches at YogaWorks in SoHo, New York City and Pure Yoga on Manhattan's West Side. Her international trainings attract students and teachers from all styles and levels who want to put the powerful energy of center back into the yoga poses...and their lives.
She travels across the US and internationally to offer the core consciousness on all levels to those wanting to add this crucial skill to their practice. Her Immersions and Teacher Trainings include a full curriculum of Core alignment and anatomy, and take students light years forward in their yoga.
Sadie built her style over 15 years of training in Ashtanga, Kundalini, Vinyasa and Anusara yoga with the masters. One day she had the inspired realization that her interests were focused on accessing deep Center, and she began designing a style of yoga that incorporated the rigor of Ashtanga, the creative flow of Vinyasa, the inner body science and energetic waves of Kundalini, and the life-affirming essence of Anusara.
To these, Sadie added her profound knowledge of Core anatomy, signature Core Poses and movements she created to give the student more inner strength and whole-body transformation in less time.
Sadie is expert at showing instructors and students alike how to build all their poses, speak their truth and live more powerfully from the often-misunderstood core.
She currently lives in Brooklyn, New York.
