Hatha-Raja yoga is a style that reintegrates the continuous flow of prana (cosmic energy) through the spinal column deep into all areas of the physical, metabolic, intuitive, and bliss bodies. This style of carefully selected yoga postures allows for the unification of the physical, mental, and emotional bodies. Augustin's unique style of practice is also an effective way to strengthen and tone muscles, while energizing the body's glands and internal organs. The postures are performed with slow, graceful movements, so fantastic inner calm and self-control are felt immediately. Through continued practice, individuals can see a dramatic improvement vis-a-vis an assortment of problems and disease, thereby facilitating the process of self-realization.

Agustin, an ex profressional athlete, first discovered yoga as therapy in Hong Kong.  He then began to study Hatha Yoga in Argentina and became a teacher of discipline. Upon moving to the U.S., Agustin began teaching at various studios and at the same time creating a community service project for yoga, free classes held to share his teaching with the public.

In 2004, Agustin traveled to New York City and completed an Ashtanga Vinyasa workshop with Sri K. Pattabi Jois. During this same trip, he also met Sri Dharma Mittra and began studying with him daily.

Agustin has studied various forms of yoga including Hatha, Ashtanga, Acro-yoga, and Thai Massage as well as creating his own style of yoga in honor of Sri Dharma Mittra, Hatha Raja Yoga.

Today, native Spanish speaking Agustin lives in New York and travels the world teaching all aspects of traditional and modern yoga, sharing his appreciation with fellow teachers, students, and practitioners.
